Last Friday was a momentous day, one of my best friends got married to his soul mate the beautiful Lorraine.

For those that know me I have a real issue about get old and leading up to their wedding I had a bit of a wobble, in my mind we are all still 16 messing about without a care in the world but in reality we are adults doing adult things (well sort of !!)

It was an absolute honour to photograph their wedding day at the gorgeous Ashwells Sports and Country Club in Brentwood, I could not have relaxed watching someone else shoot their day.  Working surrounded by all my mates was a bit weird (in a good way) at first but it just made for a wicked day.

Yesterday I had the absolute honour of photographing the wedding of Rebecca and Chris, they held their ceremony at the gorgeous St Thomas Church in Brentwood and their reception at the beautiful Westwood Park in Colchester.

a few months ago i had the pleasure shooting with Charley again, it seems so long ago that we enjoyed some sunshine in London so in celebration of today's weather I've decided to post a selection of images from this shoot.  We ended up shooting on the Millennium Bridge and the steps of St Paul's Cathedral, St Paul's Cathedral at night is even more beautiful and using the spotlights which light up the front of the building I was able to achieve these shots...

Today we went to Stansted Mountfitchett to experience the London 2012 Torch Relay, even though the weather wasn't great we had a great time and it was wicked to be apart of it...

The weekend is here, England have just beaten Sweden and in celebration I fancied posting something fun and light hearted.   Over the last few months I've been embracing the instagram coulture on the iPhone, mainly by photographing my dog Holly - you'll see by the images she loves to pose!!!  Using this app has brought a whole new enjoyment to shooting images on my phone, I love the retro feel you can achieve with the instagram presets. Other photography apps I love are IncrediBooth, Hipstamatic, 360, Pano, Plastic Bullet, PS Express and Snapseed.
